INITIATING ANAL SEX
Easing a woman into anal sex can be difficult. Many women dislike anal sex, even the NOTION of anal sex, simply because they believe it hurts. This, however, should not be the case. The two fundamental key things to remember about anal sex are lubrication and tenderness.

The anal region has many nerve endings just like the vagina or penis, so it have a vast potential for pleasure. Pressure and fullness in the rectum feels good to some women, just like fullness in the vagina. Deep penetration can also stimulate the G-Spot.

Before attempting anal sex with your partner, make sure that (1) she’s agreeable to it, and (2) she’s the one in control. Unless she’s completely relaxed and you’re taking it easy, it really can hurt. But if performed correctly, she may be surprised by the extremely strong sexual sensation that it can provide. A good male lover can make the woman climax in anal sex by stimulating her genitals with his hand. Anal sex is also great for spicing up a boring sex life. Although anal sex is generally associated with roughness and harshness, it should in fact be loving and gentle.

Lubricants are highly recommended for anal sex. Stick with a water-based lubricant! A good quality water soluble lubricant must ALWAYS be used. Never apply a vaseline-type petroleum jelly. It’s also recommended that you use a condom, even if you’re certain she has no disease. Due to natural reasons, there are a lot of bacteria in her anal region that can make the penis swell and catch infection.

You should realize that anal tissue is thinner and more delicate than highly elastic vaginal tissue. Lengthy foreplay is essential to ease your partner into a state of relaxation. Any anxiety she has can cause her to reflexively clinch her sphincters, which contracts the anus and make entry difficult or painful.

While in a sensual mood, after a round of foreplay or regular sex, you might start off by slowly sliding a well-lubricated finger inside her ass. Move it slowly, slide it in and out.. allow her to adjust to the feeling and relax. Consider the size of your penis relative to your finger. You might allow her to adjust to two fingers, after starting off with one. Obviously fingernails should be short and smooth, without sharp edges.

When you think she’s accepting of a penis inside her anus, either partner should gently apply lubricant along the crack of her anus, and slowly work it into the crevice. Then the man should put the tip of his well-lubricated penis at her anus and SLOWLY penetrate it. Hold it there! Allow her to breathe deeply and relax. When she’s ready, let her bear down on you. Hold still until she gets used to it.

With regard for the woman’s comfort, thrusting should be gentle and slow. Take your time, make no quick movements, and it will work greatly. Urge her to speak up at the slightest discomfort. The actual act should not be very long, at least until her body is used to the activity. With time, her ass will get used to the thrusting and feel much more comfortable during anal sex.

NOTE: Which position you use for anal sex is best left to the woman’s discretions. Many women prefer to be on top, to regulate how fast penetration occurs. Or she may rather lie on her stomach or side, or be penetrated doggie style. Let her decide.
